Availability
- Can you confirm if you are available on my wedding date?
- Will you be personally photographing my wedding, or will someone else be covering for you? If the latter, could we arrange a meeting with the assigned photographer?
- How many other weddings are scheduled for that particular weekend?
- Will you be accompanied by any assistants on the day of our wedding?
Certain photographers operate with an assistant at all times, whereas others will decide whether they require one based on the scope of your event. If an assistant is not routinely part of their service, you may be charged extra for including one or a second photographer in your contract.
Inquiring About Photographer’s Background
- What is your experience in capturing weddings? How many have you photographed?
- Do you often cover weddings that are similar in size and style to our wedding?
